For the purposes of this Guarantee, 'You/Your' means you, our clients,
and 'We/Us/Our' means us, wildvalleymedia.

communication
During the entire development you will have
direct and full access to us. There are
no middle men, no account managers, project managers or the like
... as we believe in keeping chinese whispers out of your project
by maintaining
simple
and effective
lines
of
communication: you speak directly to the people that are developing
your project: us.

contact
You can contact us during normal working hours (Monday to Friday;
9am - 5pm) by email, fax and telephone. Please make a note of
the national + company holidays on the contact us page.

response times
We guarantee a response to emails and telephone messages within 24 hrs, but endeavour
to respond the very same day.

timeframe
The project schedule, along with all other content delivery schedules are mutually
agreed and signed off at the onset. We will stick to this timeline
(as long as you deliver the content!).

material
Any collateral materials should be sent to the wildvalleymedia when
your project commences.
These will be logged and returned on request, at the end of the project (please
inform us at the beginning of a project if this is necessary). Where possible
we ask for digital content.
