Project Brief
The brief was to help voluntary organisations in Scotland work more successfully
with the media - be it TV, newspapers, or radio.
The website is to act as a primary resource that can be easily updated and managed,
with supplementary offline resources that include a CD Rom and a 10-step brochure
guide to Media and PR management.
The website was to be simple, easy to update, comprehensive, user-friendly, scalable,
easy to navigate, fast to download and encourage the building of an online community
(via news, events and a mailing list). |
 |
Our Approach
Alongside our partners at Pagoda
PR we created the content and brand for
the website, CD Rom and brochures.
Our key creative aim was to reach the target audience by optimising
the use of new media technology, whilst delivering a clear and concise
message and information resource.
The content managed-system has minimised administration time, whilst the
new media tools are helping build an online community via such features as
the News & Events section
on the website.

Results
Living in a world suffering from information overload it's vital for
voluntary organisations to make their information stand out from the crowd,
to get it used by the media and for their key messages to be heard or seen
by as wide an audience as possible.
The comprehensive set of tools that is 'Media Guide', is packed with helpful
time saving tips, hints and information to help organisations make a start
in this
work or to get better at what
they already do. |
